New TOI TOI TOI is here!

The GDBA's new TOI TOI TOI magazine 03-04/25 has arrived! It is all about union successes in the latest collective bargaining negotiations: In the run-up, GDBA and BFFS had mobilized for nationwide strike action - which finally led to movement from the employers' side. Now the unions and the stage association are negotiating on an equal footing.

Other topics include envy and resentment in the theater in its various forms: Lisan Lantin and Tim Tonndorf write about this. Caroline Nagel from the Staatstheater Oldenburg and Lisa Schlegel from the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe talk about dealing with the diversity dimension of age.
