Departments
Departments connect members with common perspectives, such as individual job descriptions. Whether it's a play for the very youngest, an adaptation of a young adult novel or a performance on sexual education; whether it's a "small section", an independent stage or an interdisciplinary Christmas fairy tale.
With PEOPLE, PUPPETS and OBJECTS, we shape initial theatrical experiences and create thrilling experiences for ALL generations in so-called children's and youth theater.

Working groups (AGs)
Members with common thematic interests network in working groups. The WGs are a virtual place for exchange and work on content. Here, topic-specific expertise is developed from the grassroots and contributed to the work of GDBA.
First of all, we have set ourselves the task of creating an open forum for diversity by members for members. Once a month, there should be a 1- to 2-hour Zoom where everyone can talk about their individual issues and experiences. In the exchange, allies are found who can then set a concrete work goal.
As diverse as the GDBA, as diverse the drive - whether it's about severely disabled commissioners, 360-degree agent:ing, the Z-word in musical theater, equality, racism, equal rights and so much more.
