Lisa Jopt
Lisa Jopt has been the executive president of GDBA since May 2021. She is an actress and the first woman to hold this office. Until 2010, she studied acting at the HMT in Leipzig and in 2015, together with the then assistant director Johanna Lücke, she founded the ensemble network at a kitchen table, an association that works to improve working conditions around state, municipal and national theaters. In 2018, she also initiated the conference series Burning Issues - performing arts & equality together with Nicola Bramkamp. She currently appears regularly in front of the camera for the ZDF series "Marie fängt Feuer".
Raphael Westermeier
Raphael Westermeier has been Deputy Chairman of the General Executive Committee of the GDBA since September 2023. He was born in Cologne in 1982 and is an actor. He was engaged at the theaters in Ulm and Tübingen and at Theater Dortmund until 2024. Guest engagements have also taken him to Switzerland and Hungary, as well as to the theaters in Constance, Oberhausen and Freiburg. He was a member of the advisory board from 2021. Since May 2023, he has been state chairman of the GDBA in North Rhine-Westphalia and deputy chairman of the Solo professional group.
