Strike (working time)
For almost three years, the sister unions BFFS, GDBA and VDO have been negotiating for better working hours in the NV-Bühne collective agreement. As the GDBA, together with the BFFS and in consultation with the VDO, have terminated the collective agreement, the GdBA members are now determined to emphasize their demands by going on strike.
We demand more relief and predictability
- One working day off every week and 1/2 day off per week
- A compensation day for working on a public holiday
- Four hours of rest between two samples
- Five hours rest before the performance
- Eleven hours of unrestricted sleep
- Regularly scheduled free weekends
- Binding weekly plans
- The end of the reachability obligation
- 39 hours for NV Bühne employees in the technical area and in the office
